If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or e-voucher, provided that items are returned within 14 days from date of delivery, in original packaging and condition. Returns are at your expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post, please ensure you use a secure method of return. Alternatively, you can return unworn items to our stores. Please note: For web sales returned instore, refunds will not be issued until the shoes have been received by Head Office and assessed by our online staff.
