We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us if your order is urgent. For an extra charge Express post usually guarantees the quickest dispatch and delivery possible, however we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or e-voucher, provided that items are returned within 14 days from date of delivery, in original packaging and condition. Returns are at your expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post, please ensure you use a secure method of return. Alternatively, you can return unworn items to our stores. Please note: For web sales returned instore, refunds will not be issued until the shoes have been received by Head Office and assessed by our online staff. A refund receipt will be emailed to you once the refund has been processed. Online purchases may be exchanges instore for items of equal or greater value.
